Member of the Leading Party Members Group Kang Tao

Kang Tao, born in April 1963, is a male of Han ethnicity. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and a postgraduate from the Party School of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee. He is currently a member of the leading Party members group of the Fujian government.
