Xiamen Airlines wins global award

On June 8, at an annual summit hosted by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) and Future Travel Experience (FTE) in Dublin, Ireland, Xiamen Airlines was the only airline company on the Chinese mainland to receive the APEX's Passenger Choice Award in 2022.
The Passenger Choice Award was created to allow passengers to share their opinions with the airline industry about their flying experience.
The award is based on APEX's collection of neutral third-party passenger reviews and ratings in cooperation with the TripIt APP. Over one million flights were rated by over 600 airlines throughout the world, and the ratings were confirmed by a professional external auditing firm.
Xiamen Airlines has received several awards from APEX in recent years, including the "United Nations sustainable development goals visionary award" and the Passenger Choice Award for best cabin service, best meal and wine in China in 2019, and the APEX Five Star Global Airline Award in 2020 and 2021.
These awards celebrate Xiamen Airlines' efforts to ensure passenger safety while traveling, focus on sustainable development, develop new innovative goods, and to improve the passenger experience.
