The fifth session of the 12th Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference opened on Jan 21 in Fuzhou, Fujian province.

On Jan 20, more delegates arrived at the conference with their proposals for various issues such as educational reform and innovation, and promoting the research, production and commercialization of biodegradable green plastic.
