The 11th Fujian Provincial Congress of the Communist Party of China opened in Fuzhou, capital of Fujian province, on Nov 26.
Yin Li, Party secretary of Fujian province, delivered a report on behalf of the 10th Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. Zhao Long, acting governor of Fujian province, presided over the ceremony.
