The fourth Digital China Summit kicked off in Fuzhou, capital of East China's Fujian province, on April 25, exhibiting breakthroughs in the information technology sector and making innovations in digital transformation.

The two-day event consists of seven parts, including an opening ceremony, a main forum, parallel forums, an achievement exhibition and a signing ceremony, as well as other exchange activities to showcase China's digital transformation process.

As part of regular COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control measures, the annual event is being held both online and offline, with a number of distinguished guests making keynote speeches during the event through the online platform.

A total of 20 themed parallel forums are being hosted, covering subjects like big data, digital government, digital ecosystems, Digital Silk Road construction, digital economy, artificial intelligence, and the development of digital villages.

Additionally, the first China (Fuzhou) International Digital Product Expo is being held during the event, which focuses on product innovation and digital consumption. More than 450 enterprises, including industry leaders like Huawei, Tesla, Oracle, and Xiaomi, will be in attendance.

Organizers said that a number of globally and nationally advanced digital technologies and products are being exhibited at the event.
