Wang Mingxiu, 39, an entrepreneur who returned to his hometown Xiadang village 6 years ago, has created several businesses to help local farmers prosper. He established China's first customized tea garden with the purpose of cutting local poverty rates, which helped villagers earn money by selling tea. 

Recently, he opened a number of restaurants serving local cuisine, creating jobs for villagers while supporting local tourism. "I hope more and more talented young people will return home to help contribute to the village's prosperity," said Wang. Watch the video to learn more.
