Eighteen enterprises from Fujian province were included in the list of top 500 Chinese enterprises, which was jointly released by the China Enterprise Confederation and the China Enterprise Directors Association on Sept 25.

The ranking was based on the business incomes of the top 500 enterprises in 2020.

Statistics show that the average operating revenues of the 18 Fujian enterprises reached 149.49 billion yuan ($23.14 billion) in 2020, up 19.11 percent compared to the previous year.

Xiamen C&D Inc was ranked 47th with 442.37 billion yuan, the highest of the 18 Fujian enterprises on the list. Xiamen ITG Holding Group Co, Xiamen Xiangyu Group, Industrial Bank Co, and Yango Holdings made the top 100.

Another Fujian enterprise with revenues exceeding 100 billion yuan is Zijin Mining, which was ranked 134th with 171.50 billion yuan.

In addition, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co Ltd and Fujian Provincial Port Group Co made their debut on the list, ranking 387th and 397th respectively.

Fujian enterprise Shengtun Mining was ranked 500th with 39.24 billion yuan, increasing the revenue threshold of the top 500 Chinese enterprises to 39.24 billion yuan, up 3.28 billion yuan from a year ago.
