Horizontal inscribed boards show distinctive charm of Chinese culture

An exhibition hall housing horizontal inscribed boards has attracted tourists from far and wide recently. The hall, located in Wuping couny, Fujian province, has received investment from collectors Shi Lusheng and Lin Xiyu.

The exhibition hall in Xixiang village covers an area of 1,500 square meters and plays home to over 2000 horizontal inscribed boards which have been purchased from collectors all over China. The most ancient boards date back to the late Tang Dynasty (923-936), and the youngest board comes from the period of the Republic of China (1912-1949). The boards cover various categories and themes from Chinese culture and reflect on the achievements of art in the ancient times.
